Beanfield Metroconnect

I switched from Rogers to Beanfield as a protest against the former’s terrible service. I was pleasantly surprised that Beanfield’s internet service is faster, and less expensive, than Rogers.What totally blew my mind was, some weeks after having switched, I called tech support with a question. A rep answered the phone ALMOST IMMEDIATELY and walked me through the problem that was actually unrelated to Beanfield’s service and had resulted from a setting I had changed on my phone. I’ve never had tech support be so immediately available, sharp, and helpful - and in great humour to boot.Thank you Jamil and the Beanfield team!

I was happy with this Beanfields services up to the to the point when they found out I was about to move out of my unit. Once they where aware of this the internet slowed down closer to the date of my move. On top of that I called them to let them up to to them them know I’ll ending my service prior to my move starting the month of June. They continued to charge me for July, I called the customer service line Servers times Complaining about this but apparently I received the same answer that I had to send an email to make it official. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t send an email when I first made the call to end the service they do my email on file. If you are an elderly person someone who isn’t tech savvy to use email or a computer I wouldn’t recommend them they probably would take advantage of you like they did with me. I wont be recommending them to my family or friend or use them again due this this bitter experience.
