I spent two and a half hours in the store having issues with my cell phone service, Jordan was more than helpful getting everything cleared up for me. He remained extremely patient and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend asking for him to get the job done.

Was very unimpressed with the costumer service while there this week. The staff didn’t answer my questions well and provided little support. I went home where I had all my services felt with on the computer with TELUS it’s self. When attempting to return to the store to purchase my new phone they refused being it was 5:45pm and they closed at 6:00pm. According to the staff it would take to long to sell me a new product. I went to another local telus store where I was assisted and walked through the process of switching over my new phone in much less than 30 minutes. I will 100% not be returning to this store. I have used this place multiple times in the past but the group they have there now was extremely unhelpful and left me feeling confused and not a priority. Extremely disappointed.

Much better than a corporation like best buy or staples that won't even hire certified techs as they are over qualified". Buy local support local! And the money stays in our community vs a giant corporation that doesn't care about the little guy!"

Can I give negative stars? This company has lost my respect and cost me money, more importantly, my precious time. Hands down, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I can only hope karma will force the company closure. I was lied to, over and over and over. Strung along for a full month of paying while not having service and am now stuck with a modem that I’ll be converting to target practice as I have been told they can’t get me service at my new apartment (even though for a month they kept saying they were working it!) save your time, money, sanity.
